The Palagio Chianti Reserve 2019

The vineyards of Il Palagio extend across gentle hills and are characterized by a rich diversity of soils that provide optimal conditions for various grape varieties. The main grape varieties cultivated on the estate are Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.

Chianti wines often exhibit intense aromas of red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and red currants. Depending on the ripeness of the grapes and the winemaking techniques used, notes of plums, blackberries, and sometimes dried fruits can also be detected.
