Cabernet Sauvignon

As a young wine, Cabernet Sauvignon has a strong, fruity bouquet and is sometimes rough and tannic on the palate. A good Cabernet Sauvignon gains more and more fine roasted aromas as it matures, as well as aromas of black currants, liquorice and paprika.
