Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery are handled by our logistics partners in Austria as well as our fulfillment center in Werndorf. It is our goal to guarantee the following shipping conditions for our customers:

Quantities up to 60 bottles: Shipping in 6 or 12 bottle cartons via DPD, GLS, or POST
Quantities over 60 bottles: Delivery via freight forwarding on a pallet by arrangement

Processing Time:
Our team strives to ship in-stock products within a maximum of 48 hours / 2 business days from receipt of order.

Delivery Time:
As a rule, the standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from dispatch. Upon handover to the shipping service provider, you will receive a package number including tracking information at your registered email address. Once the goods have left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time.

Flat Shipping Rate Austria:
€ 9.80 for orders up to EUR 99.00 in merchandise value

Flat Shipping Rate Germany:
€ 13.50 for orders up to EUR 149.00 in merchandise value

Shipping Promotion:
From a certain order value (€ 99.01 in Austria or € 149.01 in Germany), we cover the shipping costs for you. The final shipping promotion applicable to your order can always be seen during the checkout process on the overview page after entering the final shipping address.
