Wohlmuth – Sauvignon Blanc Kitzeck-Sausal 2023

Kitzeck-Sausal is the northernmost part of Southern Styria and is known for its barren slate soils (red, blue-black, green) and extremely steep slopes with gradients of up to 70%. The vineyards lie at altitudes of 380 to 650 meters, resulting in a longer growing season and a cool, spicy minerality in the wines. Sauvignon Blanc, in particular, displays crisp acidity, citrus aromas, and precise minerality.

Without a doubt, the calling card of Styria: Styrian Sauvignon Blanc shows fresh, often herbaceous notes of green bell pepper or gooseberry, along with citrus and exotic fruit and a clear, mineral-spicy acidity - elegant, full of character and typically Styrian.
