Lage

The vineyards near the town of Sacy in the Montagne de Reims region have a particularly sandy subsoil, which promotes the formation of light and fruity aromas as well as fine minerality.

Rebsorten

This Blanc de Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2019 vintage. The grapes were aged for 10 months with natural yeasts in barriques and for 36 months in the bottle. Tirage took place in July 2020, and disgorgement in December 2023.
