Lage

The vineyards near the village of Écueil in the Montagne de Reims region grow on calcareous soil, which imparts minerality and acidity to the region's Champagnes. The vines in the neighboring village of Sacy, on the other hand, have a particularly sandy soil that promotes the development of lighter, fruitier aromas and a delicate minerality.

Rebsorten

This Blanc de Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are vinified for 10 months with natural yeasts in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks (50% each). Tirage took place in July 2022, and disgorgement in December 2023. 2,527 bottles were produced.
