The Grabenwerkstatt is a winery founded in 2014, inspired by experiences from a year spent in New Zealand at Pyramid Valley Vineyards. Here, origin and the natural conditions of the Spitzer Graben are central. The winery focuses on Grüner Veltliner and Riesling to express the potential of this place to the fullest. Their wines are characterized by elegance, vitality, structure, and natural depth, reflecting a meticulous approach to each vine.
