The Sattlerhof Weißburgunder Ried Pfarrweingarten 2019 Organic comes from the renowned Ried Pfarrweingarten in Southern Styria, a warm and lime-rich top site with a high mineral character. The grapes are selectively hand-picked and gently processed. Aging in small oak barrels and prolonged lees contact give the wine structure, depth, and great aging potential. As part of the GSTK classification, it represents the highest Styrian origin and quality level.
