This private collection features a selection of Burgenland wines from Mörbisch am See in the Leithaberg wine region: Nestled between the Leitha limestone and Lake Neusiedl, this area produces robust and versatile red, white, and sweet wines, including international favorites like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, Burgenland classics Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, the spicy Traminer (a hidden gem), and a lusciously sweet Bouvier Beerenauslese. This collection is the perfect accompaniment to hearty and flavorful dishes such as venison, roast veal, turkey, red curry, or foie gras, followed by a sweet dessert – chocolate cake, Kaiserschmarren, or apple strudel.
