An outstanding Blanc de Noir, it stands out on the nose as ripe and complex, yet fresh, with a hint of iodine. Ideal for those who like their Champagne a little unconventional.

Since taking over the management of the estate in the commune of Écueil, he has been working diligently and ambitiously on its modernization and organic certification.
