Georges Remy's 2020 Blanc de Noirs is a robust Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the village of Bouzy in the Champagne region. Produced without dosage, it boasts a pronounced minerality and is ideal for those who appreciate complexity yet approachability. Only 2,402 bottles of this vintage were produced.
Georges Remy has been managing his family's winery in Bouzy, Montagne de Reims, since 2014. His champagnes are known for their intense concentration and the influence of new barriques. The exceptional terroir of Bouzy, ideal for full-bodied Pinot Noir, combined with organic farming and meticulous vineyard work, contributes to this quality and makes Georges Remy's champagnes some of the most exciting discoveries in the region.
