Jérôme Galeyrand belongs to a generation of Burgundian winemakers who also pay great attention to seemingly simpler appellations. As a career changer, he founded his own winery in the early 2000s and developed it into a small, artisanal operation. In the vineyard, careful soil work and natural cultivation are central, while in the cellar, there is as little intervention as possible in the natural character of the wines.
