Beau Joie – demi-sec “Sugar King”

Beau Joie is produced by the Ellner family, who believe that time is the most important factor, as only time allows a Champagne to reveal its true origin. The grapes are grown and sourced throughout northern Champagne, with a focus on vineyards that yield the best of each grape variety for our final blend, from vines between 25 and 50 years old.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, while Pinot Noir lends the wine body and structure. The grapes are allowed to develop their own aromas and flavors through extended ripening with little or no dosage.
