The style is incredibly fresh, focused, and energetic. Instead of creamy richness or overt fruitiness, the Brut Nature clearly emphasizes chalky minerality, tension, and an almost salty precision. The lack of dosage, in particular, enhances the clarity and vibrant freshness of the champagne, making it appear particularly puristic and elegant.
The fine perlage and long yeast aging nonetheless provide depth and harmony without masking the taut style. As a result, the Brut Nature displays a modern and precise Champagne style – mineral, clear, and with a long, salty-fresh finish.
