Brilliant, cool bouquet with equal fruit and spice, quince, fennel, a hint of mint; with aeration, a nuance of lemon thyme emerges in the background.
On the palate, it's dense, vibrant, complex with a great, salty minerality characteristic of the exposed single vineyard, and ripe, structuring tannins. Impressive, long finish.
