Description
The 2023 Weißburgunder Nonnenhorner Seehalde from Weingut Kurek comes directly from Lake Constance, where the special lake climate ensures a long ripening period and plenty of freshness. The Seehalde vineyard in Nonnenhorn is one of the most exciting origins in the region and produces particularly elegant, finely structured Pinot Blancs.
The 2023 vintage shows a clear and calm structure, with a fine balance of freshness, creaminess and mineral tension. Instead of loud fruit, Kurek focuses on precision, elegance and a very harmonious style. The influence of Lake Constance, in particular, gives the wine its cool, almost salty freshness.
The winery works with great care and a minimalist approach to winemaking, ensuring that the origin and vintage remain clearly discernible. This makes the Pinot Blanc very precise, modern and at the same time pleasantly uncomplicated – with a fine structure and a long, elegant finish.
