Description

The Grabenwerkstatt Riesling Großes Werk 2023 is a powerful yet precise Riesling that impressively reflects the depth and coolness of the Spitzer Graben. Ripe stone fruit notes, citrus zest, and delicate herbal aromas meet a striking mineral tension. On the palate, the wine is dense and multi-layered, yet always elegant and clearly structured, with lively acidity, saline length, and great aging potential.

This is what to expect when drinking

Honeydew melon, mirabelle plum, ripe peach, herbs, smoke and minerality

Complex, dense, precise acidity, salty-bitter, very long finish

Lobster, sweetbreads, fine poultry, truffle pasta and mature cheese
