Position

Brice Allouchery's Les Hauts Bourgeois Champagne comes from the eponymous Premier Cru single vineyard (Lieu-dits d'Origine) in the commune of Sacy. The vineyards near the commune have a particularly sandy soil, which promotes the development of light and fruity aromas as well as fine minerality.

 

Grape varieties

This Blanc de Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2019 vintage. The grapes were aged for 10 months with natural yeasts in barriques and for 36 months in the bottle. Tirage took place in July 2020, and disgorgement in December 2023.
