The Riesling Frühlingsplätzchen GG 2023 It shines with concentrated, spicy depth and dark aromas of mint, bay leaf, and ripe melon, which expand with aeration to include floral notes. The steep vineyard site, characterized by red slate and clay, lends the wine a salty-mineral structure and an almost peppery grip.

On the palate, the Frühlingsplätzchen is assertive, with lime, gooseberry, and a tart freshness that lingers. A Riesling of breathtaking precision, density, and focus – possibly the best GG of the region in the 2023 vintage.
