Lage

The calcareous soils of the Grand Cru village of Bouzy lend the Champagne minerality and complexity. The high acidity of the soils also gives the wines a lively and crisp character, as well as excellent aging potential.

Rebsorten

The champagne is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It was spontaneously fermented and aged on the lees for three years. The barrels were partly stainless steel and partly used wood.
