On the palate, it reveals a dense yet elegant structure with soft tannins, underpinned by dark chocolate, spices, and a subtle smokiness. The 12-month aging in French oak barrels gives the wine a harmonious depth and a long, silky finish. Ideal with grilled lamb, game dishes, or aged Pecorino.
