The Pichler-Krutzler Riesling Ried Pfaffenberg 2024 Organic comes from a high-altitude terraced vineyard in the Wachau, known for its barren primary rock soils and cool microclimate. The organically farmed vineyards and steep slopes create ideal conditions for particularly precise and mineral Rieslings with clear origins.
The 2024 vintage produced elegant and finely structured wines. The long ripening periods and cool nights ensured great freshness, tension, and a harmonious balance between depth and finesse.
Pichler-Krutzler consistently works in harmony with nature and relies on very gentle vinification to allow the terroir, vintage, and grape variety to express themselves authentically.
