Domaine Jean-Marie Bouzereau is located in the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, France. The family-run winery is now in its sixth generation and owns vineyards in numerous top wine-growing villages in the region, such as Meursault, Volnay, and Puligny-Montrachet. The estate is known for precise, mineral white wines from calcareous and stony soils. Jean-Marie Bouzereau employs sustainable, gentle hand-harvesting and moderate oak use (approximately 10–30% new oak ), resulting in wines with a precise acidity and noticeable minerality, rounded off by a very subtle creamy-vanilla note. The Domaine produces relatively low yields each year, but these are consistently of a high standard – a true insider tip for Burgundy lovers.
