The Fikardos Xynisteri 2024 is a fresh, dry white wine made from the indigenous Cypriot grape variety Xynisteri , known for its vibrant, fruit-forward aromas and versatility. The wine presents a bright, straw-yellow color and entices with an intense bouquet of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), stone fruits (peach, apricot, nectarine), green apple, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with gentle acidity, a creamy texture , and a long, fruity finish. Xynisteri is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as salads, fish, seafood, or asparagus. It can be enjoyed young, but after 2-3 years of bottle aging, it develops even more refined aromas and a more harmonious texture.
