Position

The vineyards near the town of Écueil in the Montagne de Reims region grow on calcareous soil, which gives the region's champagnes minerality and acidity.

 

Grape varieties

This Blanc de Noir is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are vinified for 10 months with natural yeasts in oak barrels. Tirage took place in July 2019, and disgorgement in December 2022. There are 1,275 bottles.
