The 2023 Pinot Noir Dürr by Kollwentz comes from a cool site on Leithaberg, where calcium-rich soils and the special microclimate create ideal conditions for elegant and finely structured Burgundy varieties. The Dürr site produces Pinot Noirs with great finesse, mineral tension, and clear provenance.
The 2023 vintage is particularly precise and well-balanced. The wine appears finely and calmly structured, yet profound and complex. Instead of sheer power, the Dürr focuses on elegance, structure, and a very clear direction.
