The Hannes Sabathi Sauvignon Blanc Ried Loren 2015 is a mature, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc from Southern Styria, impressing with its depth and elegance. The Loren vineyard lends the wine its characteristic salty minerality and precise structure.
On the nose, the wine reveals itself to be complex and multi-layered with aromas of ripe gooseberry, exotic fruits, and delicate citrus notes, accompanied by floral nuances and a subtle herbaceous spice. With increasing maturity, elegant, slightly nutty and spicy notes also emerge.
