The calcareous soils of the Grand Cru village of Bouzy lend the Champagne minerality and complexity. The high acidity of the soils also gives the wines a lively and crisp character, as well as excellent aging potential.

 

Rebsorten

The champagne consists of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay vines, which were planted in 1971 and 1973 respectively.
