The 2024 Graacher Riesling feinherb from the Willi Schaefer winery on the German Mosel presents itself in a radiant, bright yellow hue, underscoring its youth and vibrancy. The bouquet is a lively interplay of citrus aromas – primarily lime – paired with hints of darker fruits and a delicate herbal note. A subtle yet pronounced mineral and stony spice, echoing the dark fruit and herbal aromas, lends this light-footed and silky Riesling an additional dimension of depth – typical of the top Graacher Domprobst vineyard. With some bottle aging, this wine will gain even more depth.
