The VDP.Große Lage Grünhäuser Herrenberg vineyard lies on the Ruwer river and, along with Abtsberg and Bruderberg, is one of the three monopole vineyards of the Maximin Grünhaus winery. Grown on red slate soils, it produces Rieslings with an elegant structure, spicy-mineral character, and clear acidity, exhibiting both freshness and depth.
Mosel Riesling Kabinett is a feather-light, fresh, and elegant Prädikat wine with delicate residual sweetness and lively acidity. Typical aromas include citrus, pear, and peach, finely balanced by the mineral tension from the slate soil. Thanks to its relatively low alcohol content, it is perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes.
