The Santenay Rouge “Champs Claudes” 2023 from Domaine Lucien Muzard & Fils
( learn more about the winemaker) comes from old Pinot Noir vines that grow on limestone and clay soils, lending the wine its expressive character. Through meticulous care in the vineyard and gentle vinification, a Burgundy is created that harmoniously combines power and elegance. In the glass, it presents itself with clear fruit, subtle spice, and a silky tannin structure.
Despite its concentration, it maintains a pleasant freshness and always appears balanced. A characterful red wine with a classic Burgundy style and very good aging potential.
