The scent of bright blossoms, herbs and slate is accompanied by ripe stone fruit and citrus fruits; red currant and a hint of smoke are also noticeable.
Juicy and complex with sweet fruit, stoniness, spice, tobacco and kumquat aromas, grapefruit peel and salt provide excitement, while the crystal-clear acidity lends structure.
Goes well with pan-fried sea bass with pumpkin and chestnut risotto or with lacquered pork belly on jasmine rice.
