The steep, south-facing slopes give the wine its distinct minerality and elegant structure. The nose reveals aromas of yellow peach, apricot, citrus zest, and lemon balm, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it presents itself as powerful and precise, with vibrant acidity, juicy stone fruit, salty minerality, and a long, taut finish. A characterful Riesling with great aging potential.
