“Les Sablons” Premier Cru 2018 by Brice Allouchery showcases the particularly terroir-driven and artisanal side of Champagne. The Premier Cru vineyard produces wines with fine mineral tension and great depth, while the sandy-calcareous soils give the Champagne additional elegance and precision. Brice Allouchery deliberately works on a small scale and close to nature, making the cuvée very authentic and unadulterated.
The 2018 vintage is generous and harmonious, yet incredibly vibrant and focused. The Champagne combines ripe fruit with fine freshness and precise, salty minerality. Instead of opulent sweetness or broad creaminess, "Les Sablons" clearly prioritizes balance, tension, and terroir-driven elegance.
