Georges Remy – Les 4 Terroirs N°21

The calcareous soils in the Montagne des Reims villages lend the Champagne minerality and complexity. The high acidity of the soils also gives the wines a lively and crisp character, as well as excellent aging potential.

The blend consists of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay. The cuvée is based 75% on the 2021 harvest, supplemented by the 2018, 2019, and 2020 vintages. The wine is fermented in oak barrels and then aged for 10 months on its fine lees. It is neither filtered nor chilled; the absence of dosage emphasizes the purity of the terroir.
