The 2023 Riesling Graacher Domprobst GG from the Selbach-Oster winery on the Moselle is a dry white wine of exceptional quality (VDP.Große Lage). Ripe fruit combined with a solid backbone of balanced, cool minerality from the slate soil makes this a multifaceted, fresh, dry wine. As a food pairing, it complements anything a great, dry, unoaked wine would suit: from shellfish to grilled, steamed, or poached fresh fish, poultry, veal, and pork. Of course, it is also excellent on its own.

Earthy peach, dark herbs and ripe fruits characterize the bouquet, a smoky slate note adds depth.
Intense and dense with a delicately bitter spiciness, salty minerality and a long finish; ripe acidity provides structure.
