The Selbach-Oster winery from Zeltingen is one of the most traditional top producers on the Mosel. On its steep slate slopes, it primarily produces Rieslings with fine minerality, lively acidity, and great elegance – from dry wines to classic, fruit-sweet Prädikat wines.
