The "M" 2019 from Dreisiebner Stammhaus is the winery's powerful red wine cuvée, combining South Styrian elegance with an international style. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards and benefit from the warm climate of South Styria, which gives the wines depth, ripeness, and structure.
The 2019 vintage produced particularly concentrated yet very balanced red wines. The "M" appears dense and multifaceted, yet remains precise and harmoniously structured. Aging in wooden barrels adds additional depth and complexity without overpowering the wine's balance.
Dreisiebner Stammhaus focuses on a modern, clear style with an emphasis on elegance rather than excessive opulence. As a result, the wine shows a lot of character, a fine structure, and a long, calm finish: powerful, yet at the same time very stylish and balanced.
