Description
Ried Flamberg is one of the most elegant Morillon sites in Southern Styria. The steep slopes and lime-rich soils around Gamlitz give the wine a fine mineral tension and a particularly precise, calm style. The cool location in particular ensures a lot of freshness and a clear structure.
The 2022 vintage is harmonious and very focused. The Morillon appears profound and finely structured, yet at the same time taut and elegant. Instead of opulent power, Lackner-Tinnacher consciously relies on balance, minerality and a subtle Burgundian signature.
The careful aging in wooden barrels supports the wine's texture and complexity without masking the origin of the site. As a result, Ried Flamberg shows great finesse, saline tension and a long, elegant finish with great development potential.
