On the palate, it is crisp and mineral, with lively acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, lime, and a delicate hint of salt . A brief aging on the lees gives the wine a slightly creamy texture and a long, fresh finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish, or a Caprese salad.
