Selbach-Oster – Riesling Graacher Domprobst GG 2021

The 2023 Riesling Graacher Domprobst GG from the Selbach-Oster winery on the Moselle is a dry white wine of exceptional quality (VDP.Große Lage). Ripe fruit combined with a solid backbone of balanced, cool minerality from the slate soil makes this a multifaceted, fresh, dry wine. As a food pairing, it complements anything a great, dry, unoaked wine would suit: from shellfish to grilled, steamed, or poached fresh fish, poultry, veal, and pork. Of course, it is also excellent on its own.
