The calcareous soils and exposed location give the wine exceptional freshness, precision, and mineral depth. Domaine Vincent & François Jouard is one of the most traditional producers in the appellation and represents a classic Burgundy style, where origin and terroir are uncompromisingly central.

Fresh and fragrant with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach. Plus floral notes such as linden blossom, as well as a cool, stony minerality and a hint of almonds.
Tight and vibrant with a clear acidic structure. The fruit is precise and rather cool, supported by saline minerality. Medium-bodied, very elegant and focused, with a long, animating finish.
