Description
The Pichler-Krutzler Riesling Ried Loibenberg 2024 comes from one of the most renowned Riesling vineyards in the Wachau. The steep terraces of the Loibenberg, with their sparse primary rock soils and intense sun exposure, create ideal conditions for expressive yet elegant Rieslings with great depth and minerality.
The 2024 vintage produced particularly precise and well-balanced wines. Long ripening periods and cool nights ensured a harmonious balance between freshness, structure, and concentration, making the wine always clear and refined despite its power.
Pichler-Krutzler relies on natural viticulture and very minimal winemaking to authentically reflect the origin of the site. The Ried Loibenberg displays great tension, mineral clarity, and excellent aging potential. A characterful Wachau Riesling with elegance, depth, and a long finish.
