The Pündericher Nonnengarten is a historic single vineyard on the Moselle River, situated directly below Marienburg Castle. The steep terraces consist of iron-rich, red slate, which imparts a distinctive minerality and subtle spiciness to the wines. The pure southern exposure and the poor soils result in concentrated, elegant Rieslings with vibrant acidity and an almost playful lightness.
