Description
The Ried Gamitz is one of the distinctive Muskateller vineyards in Southern Styria. The calcareous soils and cool microclimate around the steep slopes give the Gelber Muskateller a particularly precise and elegant style. Rather than focusing on pure aromatics, the site emphasizes tension, structure, and mineral freshness.
The 2019 vintage produced very balanced and profound wines. The Muskateller appears intense and multi-layered, yet calm and finely structured. It is precisely the combination of freshness, spice, and mineral clarity that gives the wine its unique character.
Lackner-Tinnacher works organically and with minimal intervention in the cellar, so that origin and vintage are clearly in focus. As a result, the Ried Gamitz presents a modern interpretation of Gelber Muskateller – precise, elegant, and with a long, harmonious finish.
