Beschreibung
The Riesling "Im Großen Garten" from the Philipp Kuhn winery is an intensely juicy, yellow-fleshed, yet refined Riesling. Its taste and aromas are as diverse as the soil in which the vines grow. The soil has a very high limestone content with occasional gravel and iron oxide-rich sections. Intense aromas of vineyard peach, apricot, sweet melon, and mango are present. These aromas continue on the palate and are rounded off by a delicate, creamy sweetness.

Elegant bouquet of honeysuckle, jasmine, citrus blossoms, pear and white grapefruit with hints of honeydew melon.
Medium-bodied and balanced with juicy melon, ripe pear and yellow apple, fine acidity and a mineral background lead to a long, creamy finish.
Ideal with seafood, veal, pork, grilled poultry, as well as creamy pasta and Asian dishes.
