The 2021 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr GG from the Selbach-Oster winery on the Moselle is a dry white wine of exceptional quality (VDP.Große Lage). It is made from fully ripe, healthy small grapes. Aromas of crushed slate, citrus fruits, and white peach, with a hint of fresh herbs. Dry, yet intensely aromatic and beautifully balanced acidity. It pairs well with anything a great, dry wine complements – fish, shellfish, poultry, or veal, perhaps even with a rich sauce.

Powerful and juicy with a salty-mineral core and firm acidity, the long finish shows great balance and elegance.
