The calcareous and clay-rich soils around Savigny lend the Pinot Noir a fine mineral tension and a very harmonious, silky structure. Boudier deliberately interprets the appellation with precision and a strong sense of terroir – focusing on freshness, transparency, and Burgundian finesse.
